Quality BSA has proudly held ISO certification since 1997, and we remain committed to the standard. Our Quality policy, though, runs much deeper than a badge – it is embedded in the Company’s culture. Quality isn’t just about your product being to the highest standard. Quality is about our customer service, our attitude to our staff and suppliers. Quality is about achieving higher than you expect from us, and about getting better and better at what we do. Quality is about partnership. BSA operates a rigorous product inspection system. Each product we run is inspected on a continuous basis by all members of staff. Quality is our culture. Health and Safety The Health & Safety of our workforce, and of visitors on our site, is of paramount importance. We consider Health & Safety to rank equally with all our business objectives, and our system is fully integrated with our management structure. A fully comprehensive H&S manual is published to all staff, and is reviewed formally by senior management on an annual basis. In addition, a Risk Assessment manual is in place for all conceivable threats – and action has been taken on each of these to minimise risk to an unavoidable and acceptable level. We encourage the active participation of all our employees so that these principals are not only achieved, they are part of our business culture. Our standard is to achieve best practice in terms of Health & Safety in all we do. |
