In-Mould Decoration

We have invested heavily in developing systems for in-mould decoration. Where your product needs secondary surface operation, we can bring you a finished product, off the press. No printing, no post-moulding label application, no extra handling. Simply a completed product, off the moulding machine, to your design requirement.

This is in addition to all the traditional finishing techniques – self-adhesive labelling, silk-screen and tampo printing, hot-foil blocking and transfer application.

Point-of-Purchase Display

BSA has over 60 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of retail display solutions and tool development. We have delivered PoP displays to many customers, including Coca-Cola, Walkers, Wella, Cuprinol, Dulux and many more.

Our experience in the field is an asset to our customers – invariably on short lead times and tight budgets, with innovative designs  and high quality requirements.

Not only do we offer partnership in design and manufacture, but we can decorate and assemble your PoP display, as well as packaging, warehousing and distribution to your customer site.

Welding

BSA operates the largest hot-plate welding machine in Europe. A highly specialised, advanced machine, to a bespoke design, allows us to weld panels together over a full square metre, creating a welded joint as strong as the moulding itself.
