As our largest capacity machine ever with a 11KG Shot Weight in Polypropylene, this powerhouse represents a massive leap forward in our manufacturing capabilities, allowing us to produce much larger, more complex components than ever before. This investment is a direct response to the growing needs of our customers, ensuring we remain at the top of our game for both precision parts and heavy-duty industrial mouldings.
To support the immense weight and clamping force of this machine, we commissioned custom-engineered concrete groundworks, reinforcing the factory floor to industrial-grade specifications. This specialised foundation ensures maximum stability and precision during the moulding process and ensures the machine doesn't sink!
By expanding our high-tonnage moulding capability, we are opening up new possibilities for sectors such as automotive, construction, and large-scale consumer goods.
