Spotting the Details: Introducing Filip, Our QA Engineer
Quality and precision are central to how we operate at BSA Mouldings. From tight tolerances to complex assemblies, we focus on attention to detail across every plastic injection moulding project. To support that commitment, we are pleased to introduce Filip, who joined us as our Quality Assurance Engineer at the start of the year.
Working out of our King's Lynn facility, Filip has taken charge of maintaining and improving our quality standards across all production lines.
Since joining the company, Filip has helped expand our quality control team on the shop floor. Three QA Inspectors now report directly to Filip, creating a structured supervisory system across our shifts. This setup allows for continuous monitoring during manufacturing, helping us catch dimensional variations or surface defects early in the production cycle.
Expanding our quality team reflects BSA's core approach to manufacturing control. Operating under ISO 9001:2015 certification, we rely on a practical process where every operator is trained to check their own output alongside dedicated quality staff. Adding Filip and three full-time inspectors gives us greater coverage across both high-volume orders and custom tooling projects.
Looking ahead, Filip and his team will continue refining our raw material inspection and finished-part testing procedures. As we take on new projects across industrial and commercial sectors, having strong quality oversight ensures every batch meets specification before leaving the factory.
