BSA has introduced SKYPE facilities for conference calls. This has helped increase communications between our customers, we find it is very resourceful to speak face to face to discuss moulding and tooling projects. We also find SKYPE alleviates delays that can occur when trying to arrange meetings that require our customers to be able to view samples of mouldings or view packaging ect. Taking the majority of travelling out of our customer’s time is also an added advantage.
BSA Mouldings are increasing the size of their warehousing to accommodate the storage of raw materials and finished products. Due to our increasing customer database, we are beginning the process of erecting an extension to our existing warehouse. The new build is set to accommodate over 200 pallet spaces and will improve our warehouse facility. Due to hauliers continually collecting and delivering every day, we need our warehouse management to be very efficient regarding booking in each lorry throughout the day at a particular time.
